When we started almost fifteen years ago with the MercoPress project, in English and internet, it was hard to imagine how far we could advance, but with the standing support of our readers who encouraged us all along, we have managed to stamp a name which has become synonymous of news credibility.

Matching that trust and loyalty we have undertaken another endeavour this time in Spanish, www.mercopress.infoto fill a vacuum which was being demanded we fulfilled. In spite of living in a globalized world, even crisis have become global, emerging economies have a major role to play in the concert of world decisions and so it only seemed natural to adjust to this new reality, less hegemonic and more diverse. We are certain of your support and hope we can respond with a greater range of subjects, sections and opportunities. It is after all a shared adventure to try and better understand, and as citizens of the world, to know what's going on.
