In the EEUU they call it nepotism when someone like Moyano has his whole family on the payroll like that. And it is against the law unless they can show due cause, i.e. there are no other qualified candidates for the position... I feel it is criminal, but it is standard operating procedure for the K family..

“Ms. Ocaña also revealed that in the midst of the advance of the A/H1N1 virus flu, the voice of the Minister of Public health was ignored when deciding. ” This is criminal now that more than 400 people are dead because the K's wanted early elections and failed to stand down the 5 days needed to compartmentalize the virus.. Someone with cajones should file charges against them.
