Disclaimer & comment rulesWell Mr. Jobin, Venezuela is also requesting technology transfer in many sectors including military, however, due to the situation created by the USA and Colombia there is no time to waste. We need those rockets in place ASAP. After we have a solid defense system in place then we hope technology transfer could be attained.
