Disclaimer & comment rulesWell, diplomatic relations were interrupted, but trade existed during the same period of time, the fact is that Colombia began to supply with electricity to Ecuador just two weeks ago, while food and general merchandise and gasoline have been in normal operations prior and after March 2008.
