Stock markets fall sharply in response to Obama’s bank reform proposal
World stock markets have fallen sharply in response to far-reaching plans by US President Barack Obama to curb the activities of the biggest US banks. The Dow Jones closed down 2%, its worst fall since October, while Japan's Nikkei closed at a three-week low. Read full article

means that ..elsewhere in America Continent there are
many States who were united (confederation)..(no guarantee to
continue for this Union !)
Confederation Army has be taxed for these States (Republics) !!
Gong, the Republic of Texas was not invaded, but voted to become part of the union, and with the right to secede reserved. Only state in the USA that can fly the state flag the same heigth as the US flag..

and have not said they are “” Tight Confederation“”...here is the problem
the System is on the “”crossroad--interchange“” in reality right now .
They have only two options :
1 ) : making smaller US army by half ly..
2 ) : seperated into --3-- parts as ,Texas Rblc..California Rblc..
Atlantic Rblc..
( 2.) option is more plausible !! becouse if you choose ( 1. ) option
then they would seperate into parts again in the medium term
inevitable !!!
seperately , these --3-- Republics rasp theirself Economicaly
in the present regime ..
