Argentina is the leader in Nuclear Research and Development in LAtin America and highly respected amongst the worlds Nuclear Powers. Building a Nuclear Weapon is a matter of political decison, but being the peace loving nation that it is, Argentina is a Signatory to the Nulcear Non Ploriferation Treaty (NPT), in which it commits not to produce nuclear weapond fesile materils , or export it.
To our British friends, Argentina beinbg a signatory of the NPT, you do not have a Nuclear option against Argentina!
