Visiting US Commerce Secretary Gary Locke said Tuesday that Washington was seeking talks with Brazil before it imposes retaliatory trade tariffs for US cotton subsidies the WTO ruled as discriminatory. Read full article

    nonsenses jorge, we can do what we want, but it's better to reach a deal with Brazil what will benifit both nations. I am totally for agree getting rid of those lousy subsidies, it's bad and protectionism is bad for innovation. By the way, you che idiots are the bitch of the Brazilians, they dominate you clowns.
