The press always stretches the truth! I know Norrie personally and Norrie is not a “neuter”, at least not physically. Norrie simply had a sexchange operation from male to female, became disenchanted after a life-changing decision and returned to living as a male, albeit with the sexchange vagina that was supposed to make him a her.

Does surgically moving a penis inside the body somehow magically make it become a vagina? Think of it this way.... if the penis was surgically attached to someone's face where the nose is supposed to be would that penis now magically become a nose or would it still be a penis? The only way Norri'es physical gender/sex could legally be considered neuter is if the penis was completely removed from the body. This is not the case in sexchange operations.
What is one to do after making such a huge decision and finding out it was not right for you? Do you remain living as a woman and be desperately unhappy? Norrie was brave enough to decide to live however he had to to find his peace. Hopefully, living in a self-defined neuter situation as a male with a sexchange vagina will be a satisfactory situation. Additional surgery between his legs that would remove the created vagina would truly make him a physical neuter.
Another Australian ex-transsexual by the name of Alan Finch, formerly Helen Finch, had surgery to remove the created vagina. In Alan Finch's case his desire was not to become a neuter, but just to rid himself of the created vagina that made him feel uncomfortable after returning to live as a man.
In another story there is Josef Kirchner, an American ex-transsexual who also became dissatisfied with living as female after undergoing sexchange surgery. Josef neither feels neuter or unhappy with the penile inversion technique surgery that created a vagina. Josef feels very will satisfied being a 6'3” handsome man

As I was saying, Josef Kirchner feels very well satisfied with now being a 6'3“ handsome man who trains as a bodybuilder. In Josef's own words from his website: ”I was on a journey to discover me. I spent the first 19 years of my life living as a very unhappy boy and thought I'd found peace after my sexchange operation. I gave it 20 years, but I realized I was not happy. I bravely took another chance at happiness and it paid off! Living now as a guy with a vagina is a good fit for me.”
