Toyota Brazil has agreed to recall an unspecified number of Corollas locally manufactured because of the risk of sudden acceleration according to a statement from the country’ Ministry of Justice website. Read full article

I can't help but be struck by the irony of Toyota's slogan “Moving Forward”, just what you want for a car with accelerator system issues, perhaps they should change it (as so many graffiti artists already have) to “Moving Forward - whether you want to or not.”
