This is encouraging. It might be noted that the disagreement between Spain and Britain appears to relate ONLY to the isthmus that connects Gibraltar to the mainland. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spain#Territory_claimed_by_Spain
This seems to be around 1 sq mile. Any possibility that Gibraltar could buy it?
