The program used to include Argentina and Uruguay, but both were excluded in 2002 and 2003 due to the economic crisis that happened in both countries in 2001.”
And don't approve it back. Let those clowns stay in their own messup nation. We don't need more hispanics here.
Argentines are not Hispanic, they are for the most part misguided Europeans.. by and large intelligent and hard working. They are handicapped by the piss poor government and unions..
