Venezuela will spend 82 million US dollars on a second batch of Chinese K-8 military training aircraft, President Hugo Chavez announced on Sunday. The Chavez regime has ordered 18 of the light attack and training planes from China and last March received the first six. Read full article

    I like this. The K-8 Karakorum is a two-seat intermediate jet trainer. Excellent replacement for F-16s. And Venezuela is paying $82 million for 18 aircraft costed at $3.5 million each. Let's see, 18 times 3.5 is? $63 million, I believe. Who saw who coming?
