H. T. will do exactly as Cristina Kirchner’s foreign policy wants him to do. At this stage, probably neither she nor H. T. know what this policy is, nor will be; fly by the seat of their collective pants, as normal.

As far as the Falkland Islands are concerned they'll go round and round the neighbours extracting assurances of support again, and again and as a result they'll feel better. Not actually having gained anything mind, but if the placebo works ......
