Well, President da Silva was right about the Italy-Brazil final, but best not set up as a bookmaker when he retires on this evidence.

Well done Uruguay, brilliant effort. World Cup winners 2010? 3rd time lucky?

Commiserations to Brazil & Argentine, a real shock, for the international top talent to leave early. Still, a lot of potential for the next competition.

Congratulations to brave Paraguay, they almost succeeded.

The German team looks unbeatable... Spain vs. Germany should be a fantastic match, as will Uruguay vs. Netherlands... ;-D
