Pipeline Bolivia-Argentina-Uruguay is critical for argentina strategy over malvinas. Uruguay can´t be client of malvinas gas (if any) in actual political circunstances.

Ummm. The article refers to a Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay pipeline. Doesn't mention Argieland, except in using the pipeline system. But then, it would be quite easy to build a bit extra and go around, through Brazil.
