    Wise move.

Pipeline Bolivia-Argentina-Uruguay is critical for argentina strategy over malvinas. Uruguay can´t be client of malvinas gas (if any) in actual political circunstances.
Integration is working in s.a.; kelperland is loosing big money every FIG economical study; there it is implicit the conclussion that in a no dispute situation falkland economy could grow 300% in 14 years.

Ummm. The article refers to a Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay pipeline. Doesn't mention Argieland, except in “using” the pipeline system. But then, it would be quite easy to build a bit extra and go around, through Brazil.
