    jerry. Of course it exists! How could you doubt it? Argentina says it exists and even fiddled attendance at the meeting to elect the Sec. Gen. so that good old Kickback could get the job!

    harrier - The meeting was also a joke. At the time of his “election”, the Argentina congress had not yet approved its membership. I believe that Chile still has not (and maybe others).
