“All talk and not walk”. Lula and his Caipirinhas, well he loves whisky too, celebrating with the old terrorist at the border. They signed ALL kind of treaties that amount to nothing. So far is the typical pad in the back kind of mentality to gain gullible followers. After they go home they’ll store them in “Memory Lane”.
