Nothing about “where” in Uruguay that it is to be located. Far from Argentina if they expect to operate!

Of course, as far as inside the Uruguayan borders......where the argentines dont't have right to decide, as the ICJ said some days ago.....The Uruguayan are ownres of their own future....
