Well we have new friends for war games in the region and in next years we can make some sort of SATO or TOSA or SAOT or OTAS to keep in line some nasty OTAN’s members.

India and South Africa are Brazil's most similar partners outside of South America. The three of them are democracies, and the three of them likewise oppose the hypocritical interventionism advanced by the Security Council under the guise of so-called human rights.

Well seems that we are pretty busy according with the Billy Hayes Agenda.

But when reading the armies involved I could see the following.
A part of the regional armies like Brazil, Argentina, etc

Other militaries extra zone power are invited like USA, France, Netherlands, Canada, South Africa, etc, etc.

But there is not UK in the list Isolation perhaps? Crappy Army may be? Lack or funds should I suggest? Evident decline and none cares?

What do you think is the right explanation?

Did anyone notice that these were NAVAL war games?

Which explains why Argentina wasn't invited. No navy worth the name.
