Perfect? In what way? “Lacognata said that the gas pipeline from Tarija in Bolivia would cross Paraguay and finally reach Uruguay.” Neither Argentina nor Brazil was mentioned at the meeting, but to reach Uruguay from Paraguay and/or Bolivia, they must be included in the plan(s). Is this going to be another Venezuela to Argentina pipeline story?
