    Is “briton” really concerned about South America or perhaps indignanted because he belongs to a country that has been exploiting S.A for centuries?
    It's high time for S.A to be able to end 500 years of Spaniards, British and more recently North Americans grabbing its resources. It doesn't matter with whom they make business with, as far as it's carried on fairly and not plain robbery!
