    Hoje é um bom dia para uma boa noticia, Dilma Rousseff Presidente do Brasil! Parabéns! Rousseff has 55.07 percent of valid votes with 92 percent of the ballots tallied Serra has 44.93 percent of the votes, it is virtually impossible for him to overtake Dilma.
