Argentina's defense ministry also said that it expects to finish the certification of a light military utility vehicle, the Gaucho, by the end of this year, with a view to start serial production. Brazil will be responsible for building the engine, and Argentina will manufacture the chassis, the ministry said.
Just remember to get the gearbox design right, that's five reverse gears gears you'll need.

Don´t bother, your points were made by Bombardier to Embraer 15 years ago. Then, the canadians were ahead of the brazilians.
And both countries can feed on others painfull bi-national experiences!
Still think you should have a main spring for all four engines, rather than one that drives the plastic wheels along the table while the operator blows on the propellors for effect.
