This Pinochetist wants to run away from Mercosur, but he still says that Mercosur forgot to integrate with the rest of the world. I don't see how Mercosur forgot to integrate with the rest of the world, and I don't see a problem, when the rest of the world wants and needs to integrate with Mercosur. They (including you Mr. Piñera) need food, money, land, water, etc. etc. etc.
This maggot seems like he is not living in South America.
