I say lets all survive and thrive on what we produse, ho that's right some leaches don't produse anything worth eating, however I am sure that not many people here has had an “asado” in the past month, no matter how poor people are there is always an “asado” in the weekend, some traditions will never change.

Whole, dry marinated joints of lamb (or indeed whole lambs) barbequed on a spit, it's well nice and the Chileans are damn good at it.

    ;-)

for people who can't afford real beef or a varierty of meats a lamb could be made “cordero asado” but a real Asado has more then one type of meat in Argentina. in canada for example an asado is basically hamburgers and hotdogs on a grill, canadians call this BBQ.
