The collapse of the Spanish property prices helped pull annual profit down 8.5% at the Euro zone largest bank Santander. Solid results from Brazil and Britain, which each account for more profit than Spain at the diversified bank, failed to calm fears about exposure to a stagnant domestic economy, struggling to shake off the worst recession in half a century. Maybe IMF and santander should get together and agree on their facts, could this be some other attempt to lend money in EU$ funds ?? bery clever I think Brazil has a functioning bank and Bank notes in real, why would Brazil want to tie up capital in foreign money ? ho yes I almost forgot to pay interest rates and make foreign banks ritch while the currency and the national bank go bankrupt, Brazil couldn't be this clever..

Banco Santander is part of the IMF scheme. They bankrupt but are looting their own people and wherever they can. Will Spain let it go down? No, it's to big to fail..cowards.

For me Botin looks like more the father of Mervyn King, Alistar Darling and Ben Bernake that he’d got after a wild party in Brixton.
