Brazil and Argentina should walk away from this BS and offer their goods to first come first served. let the EU figure their own problems with someone elses goods. apparently G20 didn't do much for Mexican's when their corn turn into bio-fuels, France should see if Mexico will accept this regulations. there will be no support for regulation unless we see a draft of the proposed regulation.

@ 2 “France should see if Mexico will accept this regulations. there will be no support for regulation unless we see a draft of the proposed regulation.” since when Mexico is a member of Mercosur? hahaha Mexico will decide what's best for Mexico, this is between Mercosur and EU. Gil!!!

Who that will hurt most? No treaty has been enforced between the blocs. If one party leaves negotiations, nothing will change, things will stand as they are. Oh, and the EU will lose a potential market for its products. The same will happen to the Mercosur countries, but as things stand we know the EU needs more Mercosur than the other way around. We're not the ones with record unemployment, huh?

    Red ho

Tell me, who's the one with record poverty? Your first graph shows that poverty in Brazil decreased 16% in 3 years. So clearly its poverty levels have not reached their own record high. And the second link shows that poverty levels in Brazil and Argentina are not high for developing countries. The proportion of poor people in the much fêted China is 3 times that of Brazil and 5 times that of Argentina. I guess you're just eager to lash back without thinking it through. That Latin American countries are LESS poor than before is a fact. And that, with the exceptions of Germany and some small European Union members, the EU as a whole is suffering from record unemployment levels, is also a fact - you like it or not.

“warned French Agriculture minister Bruno Le Maire during a meeting with the press at the European Parliament in Strasbourg”

Since when the Parliament of Strasbourg in France belongs to Mercosur????

Do we have a sovereignty claim over France too?

    The Brazilian bought France?

BTW Argentina's growth 2010 was 8.20% and not what Reuters says.

    @Fido Dildo
“Sure..I believe your government numbers..just like their inflation numbers”

Why you have made you own statistics?
Can you show me any evidence or statistic with methodology used to prove that Reuters Info is real?

    Certainly not.

You don’t have any evidence, because none make such statistics but the government of Argentina.
Non IMF, non WB or any other organization can make any serious evaluation without a large organization working every day collecting data provided by business, govt, etc.

Do you think that a company declares more sales to pay more taxes just to please the government?

IMF designed the new inflation index to be used in Argentina, so they are also plotting to make the govt. happy?

And office with 4 guys in Buenos Aires called “Ecolatina” what is always is cited as the source of the silly numbers published by the press cannot make any serious evaluation of nothing.

Roberto Lavagna a politician loser who wanted to be candidate with Duhalde and was fired when Kirchner too power is the owner of “Ecolatina”.

Come on mate this is like given credit to the evaluations of Gordon Brown over Cameron policies.

Buy the way where are you from?
