This story I read on businessinsider.com. Looks to me that Mercopress is also a fan of businessinsider.

    I prefer zerohedge.com.

BBC , ITV , SKY NEWS?

BBC= British government news (No it's not biased..right?)
Sky News= is the Fox News of th UK (Rupert Murdoch..not biased either..right?)

    also my opinion.

The US media distort news that, if factually reported, could set a drawback for the US international agenda. A recent example of that is the NYT failure to properly identify Raymond Davis, a CIA agent recently arrested in Pakistan. Instead the NYT repeated the US government lie that Davis was really a diplomat. It only published the truth after The Guardian contradicted it and informed that the US government had asked national media outlets not to report the truth.

Some years ago Gore Vidal said of the US that it is the only developed country whose government has succeded in completely supressing opposition media. It's funny that Clinton would be saying something like that - that the US media should strive to be more accurate. US media's failure to report news accurately is precisely due to their silent allegiance with the US government. If Clinton wants US press to be fairer and more daring, then the government she's a part of should cease co-opting it.

I have to agree with Hillary (for once). Al Jazeera has won me over, even though i was looking for bias news and unfair opinion presented as fact, i was surprised.

Euronews is my favourite for just the facts though because of the way they present the news.

Al Jazeera is not the Al Jazeera of 5 years ago. New owners perhaps? If so, who the new owners are?
In this brave new world, where everything ends in a “war” of some kind.
This new “war on information” is to say the least, very suspicious.
It's well known the decline in the quality, veracity, objectiveness, of the
“well respected old press”, so people around the world are turning to new sources of information. Al Jazeera had its run, new ones are coming and not from “reliable” countries in Mrs.Clinton book, like R.T from Russia, and yes, in English (some British, some Canadians and even Yanks), so, being a “war” that is not covered under the Geneva Convention, everything is possible.

The BBC has been with us around the world, for over 60 years,
you may receive this service, from the space station to the African jungle, from the wastes of Antarctica to the north pole,
not bad for an aging service it ..
