    If the containment structure was breeched in the explosion, where are the hourly atmospheric maps of radioactive particulates?

    A 20 mile exclusion zone that pays no attention to the dispersal of radiation is an 'administrative expedience', not a reflection of water-based (river/sea/groundwater) and atmosphere-based dispersion of radioactive material.

    There will be much more to come as 'real' news of the nuclear release is allowed out.
