Uruguayan fish industry instructors, technicians and professionals concluded this week a twenty day training course sponsored by Spain’s Ministry of environment, rural and marine affairs, on board the Spanish scientific research vessel Intermares. Read full article

This, just a month after the Uruguayan authorities were holding the Spanish fishing fleet to ransom - see:

The Spaniard fishing fleet have more resilience than I thought. Or maybe the profits are so large that they submit to Urugayan organized labour pressure.
