    I may be falling for conspiracy theory, but

    it would be good to know if the prevalence of outbreaks of FMD north and south of the DMZ and in the surrounding countries shows statistical non-significance, or shows higher incidence of outbreaks in particular regions/countries.
    This would help us determine if FMD is being used as an agent of biological warfare.
