Security services screwing up national & local moves to integrate activities in a peaceful and friendly fashion.
    Not planned. Unfortunate.

In this 'spat', there will be legal issues that will favour one security service over the other but, irrespective whether the drug smugglers are Spanish (as in this case) or from elsewhere, it is important that these services work coherently, together, and harmoniously.

Heads will be bashed together and officers will be demoted.

The two police forces should work together to be honest. The only people who benefit from this sillyness is the criminals who can get away with more because the police are just fighting eachother.

    It's childish.
