    “Local media reported that he had been living in Argentina since 2005, and had resided in an exclusive area of the Puerto Madero neighbourhood in downtown Buenos Aires. ” This is the same area where Kirchner had his office and where many K government people still have apartments. I wonder if there may be a connection?
