Yes, lock them up, punish them as you see fit. Officers are meant to sacrifice themselves before sacrificing their men.

It is about time this cruelty was punished rather than punishing the senior officers for losing the war.

I don't know why it's taken 30 years for this to become a legal issue in France. I read about these events 20 years ago.

Couple of things, the conflict was in 1982, 29 years later and this shows up again? Are we running out of Generals to send to jail already?
The purpose of the Armed Forces are to preserve Democracy and not to practice it within their ranks.

9-The purpose of the Armed Forces is to serve the democracy and to obey the law at all times, if you don't you go to jail as simple as that.

Correction to my post ....An order is given and mus be obeyed“

@9 so what's the problem? but it looks like your politicians are above the law,

”Un fallo complica más a Moyano por el fraude con los remedios
La Cámara Federal confirmó las sospechas sobre la obra social de los camioneros”

More likely nothing is going to happen , right Marcos?

but you and I know VERY WELL that is not going to happen ... Right now the government (yours , not mine) is applying this principle:

“Do as I say not as i Do”..... right?

Justice for one side alone is not Justice, until beasts like this
http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mario_Firmenich ” is judged and put in jail for life, there will be no Justice or peace or unity in this country.

This is a short list of crimes by terrorists (Jóvenes Idealistas) in Argentina:

María Cristina Viola (shot in the head and dead, 3 years old) and María Fernanda Viola (5 years old, shot in the head too, not dead, but severely injured for life):

Marcos “el disco rayado” . En La Nacion hace un par de dias se coumnico lo siguiente” ...Quedan impunes cada vez más causas sobre corrupción.
Los procesos duran en promedio 14 años y crecen las prescripciones de casos que no llegan a juicio....... wow!! really?? But , if you wear a uniform, I'm pretty sure we can expedite your case right away .... Am I the only one that sees this or is just my imagination?? Come one people !!! De pelotudo tengo la cara nada mas !!!

Expedite the case because they wear uniforms?? Forty years later means to expedite the case for you?
I don't blame all the officers but those criminals are lucky that they had the chance to enjoy their lives for such a long time.

Funny to see how MercoPress can confuse everybody with their bad English translations.

The word ”Prescripción” has various meanings in Spanish.
In this case it means: ”Expire”

That means that nobody will be prosecuted anymore for those alleged crimes.

    The causes have expired.

    Happy now Artillero601?
