Gibraltar Opposition Leader Fabian Picardo will head for New York later this month to address the United Nations Committee of 24 as part of the opposition GSLP/Liberal policy of continuing to ask the C24 to de-list British Overseas Territory and formally close the decolonisation process.     The leader of the Gib 'Government' refuses to deal with the C-24 apparently althgough he does make a speech to the Fourth Committee every year.

    Will be intresting to see what the C-24 does.

    Refuse the wishes of the people they represent?! Might just destroy the C-24.

    Let them leave? The islands will surely follow!

    The C-24 CAN ONLY decolonise .... as a result it totally fails to understand that some people have no wish to be decolonised. It also fails to understand that it cannot deal with territorial disputes ...... it also fails ........ period !
