Two Argentine opposition groups announced this week their presidential tickets for the coming October election that are expected to compete with President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner who has to yet confirm her bid even when all opinion polls show her a clear winner in the first round.     she will wait until the last moment to decide , this way it will matter not which way she jumps , she will be welcome, but jump to soon

    I think, Briton, her lack of comment on any alternative candidate to her means she will run. The split in the opposition - by fielding more than one (acceptible) candidate - means Argentina will be ruled by her, probably, until her health gives out.

    My belief is that she does not want to run and is building false medical problems to use as “doctor's advice” in not running. Also, her children do not want her to run, and this may add to her dilema.
