Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez said Monday he had his “full faculties” after an operation in Cuba and was still managing government affairs despite being ordered to rest for several days more. Read full article

It sounds EXACTLY like the same problem that I had last December. I had no surgery and the problem took care of itself, with no doctor needed. Either he has more serious problems than stated or someone is making a mountain out of a mole hill. I hope that he has more serious problems; it could not happen to a nicer person!!

An abscess in the base of his pelvis could certainly affect his faculties.
Dinosaurs had a 'brain' so located.
Let's hope the Chavenzian Era lasts a little less long than the age of the other dinosaurs.
