This is something I didn't imagine. Bolivia, with its Law of the Rights of Mother Earth and its Law of Productive, Communal, and Agricultural Revolution is the clear leader in local agricultural, environmental and food security issues in the world. The rest of South America (no, actually the rest of the entire world) would do well to follow in their wake. Peru may just be the first wise country to join the Bolivarian revolution (I'm not referring to the Chavez Bolivarian revolution, but the original Bolivarian revolution of Simon Bolivar) back into sanity and into making the health and welfare of ALL living things of prime importance. International corporations be damned!
