    If you want to buy properties (urban) at a rate that is below the national average try for Vitória Espirito Santo. The rate of increase has been below the national average and with a newly implemented incentive package for the state from “Dilma and Co.” the state should go ahead very shortly.
    I post this for two reasons.

    1 I believe it to be true, President Dilma and Governador Cassagrande have told me so (would a politician lie).

    2 Both my wife and I have property here in Vitória and would love the prices here to skyrocket (before we sell).

    Hey at least I am being honest .
