UK to cooperate with Bolivia in the fight against drug trafficking

The British government has announced a new co-operation deal with Bolivia in the fight against drug trafficking. During a two-day visit to Bolivia, Britain's Minister for Latin America, Jeremy Browne, said the Serious Organised Crime Agency in London will join forces with the counter-narcotics police in La Paz.     Why would Jeremy Browne go to Bolivia to discuss drug trafficking from West Africa or Afghanistan?

    London is the cocaine-using capital of Europe. No doubt it is in direct correlation with London being the financial capital of Europe.

    l would hope that science could find a way to release some modified coca plants that would eventually spread amongst the others and make them sterile and unable to mature. Not being a biologist, l don't know if this is possible.

    it is very hard to rout out the some people from narcotics

    for example : somewhere in Indonesia it is smoked cigarettes with clove
    to have narcotic effects..
