“Paulo Bernardo has been using the private jet of a major public contractor of the Brazilian government.” in Argentina, Florencia Kirchner and her friends uses the helicopters and airplanes of the Argentine government to party as they fly away from Buenos Aires to Río Gallegos, and she's not even a minister lol

If that is all Folha has on Bernardo, then there's nothing to be seen here. Now taking a ride on someone else's jet is 'corruption'. As Lula said earlier this year, if Rousseff gave in to calls to fire Palocci, the media would pass the rest of her years as president trying to bring her government down. That is just what is happening; even trifles such as that the article reports are being magnified to weaken Rousseff's government further. It's funny; but when José Serra campaigned through Brazil in a private jet belonging to banker Ronaldo César Coelho, a fact that was known by the public, the media seemed to have no problem with that. What we're seeing is a culture of accusations, the trivialization of corruption accusations driven mainly by political partisanship.
