    Untouchable? . . . . Possibly, as far as the IMF is concerned; but only in the sense of the Dalits.

    tipically ck: the biggest creditors clamp was and is that of her close friend Chavez with 16 % interest rate for an emergancy credit. the arg government ist the biggest clamp for the whole country, avoiding to get cheap credits from the international finance market. there they are seen as “highly unreliable”.
