It may be unforgivable that the US should List these four foreign politicians without making public the reasons for it AND releasing the explicit evidence that they may (or may not) have.

Freezing the assets of individuals is a serious thing, and it is only forgivable if all four men were actually engaged in arms and drug deals with Colombia’s drugs-financed rebel army, the FARC.

Show us the evidence = Put up or shut up.
