1.- The CERC´s Director Mr. Hunneus is a well know Concertacion follower, even he appeared making political comments over his own results....so they are no neutral, of course....It´s means it´s a non valid poll.
2.- The article´s author didn´t mention that the opposition figured with an 11% of approval, a half of the Gvt. result.....even the poll clearly has a leftist tendency.
3.- It´s clear that the opposition politicians have been profiting from the student movement with electoral goals.....but they have won just reject from common people with the 11% of approval.
4.- Clearly, the leftist opposition is trying to settle Miss Bachelet for the next election, but she left her presidential term with 85% of approval and now she has just 32%....even she has been quitely using her UN position to keep her in the race...
5.- Obviously, the sutdent demands has been used to blanket the good figures that this Gvt. has achieved for the coutry in the economy, labor, health, etc...
This article has been wrotten with the aim of keep the people with a wrong concept of what is going on in Chile.
The above article says:
”An election between the top-ranked opposition figure (former President Michelle Bachelet) and the top-ranked rightist leaders (Public Works Minister Laurence Golborne) would result in a 59% to 22% victory for Bachelet, the CERC poll found.”
Seems to be that my ”little dream of last year is getting closer ansd closer :-))) :
Don´t forget who is the poll maker.....uhhh...He is a very well known leftist, so that resul are not reliable at all.....and the Chanchallet or Yegüallet won´t be the runner up for next election because a lot of candidates from the concertacion parties are waitng for the post....with an 11% of public approval...
