This small andean country is rich in several natural resources, but is so poor in goverment management that is ranked as developing country after 202 years of its independency.
Ecuador's population of 14 million people with over 23 political parties clearly makes a divided country where the rich and poor is well distinguished, because the monthly private salary is 250 USD, while a public worker is 1,000 USD.
The country's national budget is expected about 26 Billion USD in 2012, while it was 7 Billion USD in 2007. Unemployment rate is 14% and its under poverty rate is 67% and currently its freedom of expression islimited, because the media is not only controlled by the goverment but suit by its own president.
