Latin America managed economic and social advances since the 2009 international crisis but not in democratic or institutional qualities for the common citizen, according to a report from the German foundation Konrad Adenauer, released this week in Mexico. Read full article

    Ah, this must be the 'high quality strategic management of South American affairs when the rest of the world was in crisis' that CFK was talking about when she lecturing the massed nations of the world at the UN.
