    OK, we are the within the lower valued OECD countries, but we are in the OECD together Mexico representing the all LATAM......We will improve our marks with time and work.....and the others that are in the top will fall with time and workless.......just await some time and then we can talk again....

    Well, Sergio, if the survey is repeated in say five years time, will Chilean *education* have a high/higher score?

    Revenue and Environment (and Community Support Networks and Security) are all able to be addressed over eg 5 years to allow them to get above a ZERO/low score.
