Two more drills (possibly three) should bring this appraisal to completion and then the CPR in early 2012!

Things are starting to get interesting :-)

Is going so well that they evacuatated everyone from the Ocean Guardian rig. Nice pictures of these pirates in the life rafts.
One of this days they will cry for help to Argentina as the Typhoons pilots a few months ago.

Marcos - yes I read that as well. A 6.5 degree list caused by a sticky anchor. Lifeboats readied but not placed in the water. Standard operating procedure in such events and they even do a weekly drill of such events. Nothing out of the ordinary on an offshore platform I am told.

However that rig is doing the business and a second rig arrives soon. Nothing you can do about it as everyone is ignoring you. Nit that hard to ignore you though is it!

I hear the oil charter arrived yesterday for the crew change. Flying through Brazilian airspace the pilot would have read his callsign followed by “en-route to MPA Falkland Islands” the Brazilian air traffic control would have then replied “procede on course to MPA Falkland Islands as filed, altimeter 2992”. Nice to have good neighbours :-)

Enjoy watching those ships taking that oil away to market. I know I will :-) Yummy!

Yes Marcos, on the day that the company diluted the equity by 10%. Stands to calculation we should have had at least a 6% reduction in SP. -1.68% = actual increase in the Market Capitalisation. Especially as the placing was at 180p.

You are truly dim it is so sad ;-) might have to start calling you Private Pile!

Marcos - What will your line be - if early in 2012 the Indpependent Assessment comes out in favour of Sealion being a commercial find and justifies investment to extract? OK its still an“if” - but looking a better bet pretty well every drill these days.

just two new wells will be drilled, it says nothing about finding oil, why all the fuss?

Xbox - they are appraising an oil find. The oil has been found, we just need data so RPS can produce a CPR UN the new year.

Once this is out and the funding for production development is announced (most probably farm in) then we move into a new phase :-)

Stealing is bad karma, sooner or later they'll get caught.
A perfect example was the near disaster a few hours ago, keep the life jacket on.

I wouldn't call a instability in the water inlet causing a 6.5 degree list a near disaster Marcos. The world know about the drilling so why do you behave like it is some sort of big secret.

If you think it is stealing then why has your government not taken any legal recourse?

Why are your “supporters” complicit in this exploration?

@11 Can't steal what already belongs to you. Remember how ALL peoples are entitled to exploit their own natural resources? Do you not have any/enough natural resources? Tough! If you hadn't been such belligerent, lying, greedy toe-rags you might have got a share. What do you think you're going to get now? NOTHING is what.

I confidently expect oil companies to put equipment in place to blow the wells to hell. How would you like the resources you want to steal becoming an environmental problem on YOUR coast? Suck THAT up!
