You are forgetting about the University of Las Madres de Plaza de Mayo, in that university you'll learn how to treat the Bolivians like they deserve. In this video Hebe de Bonafini is giving a masterclass on insulting, kicking and beating the sh*t out of bolivian people in Plaza de Mayo. Live classes are always a great experience and prefered as they are a source of joy and and invaluable practical knowledge.

“Non-profit” universities are not synonymous of quality....and free (or on tax payers) universities neither....
Universities must be managed by highly prepared, respected and honorable academics with high level experience in the real world of work, not just library´s mice....and academics must be encouraged to do research and papers with extra money involved. In any case, students, teachers and auxiliary staff must participate in the nomination of the university's authorities, specially by political reasons.
Companies also must be encouraged by tax refunds to invest in joint-ventures with universities to raise the funds for research to get new technology, not just copy & paste.
Foreign internships must be offered to the academics to broaden their knowledge and relationships with more advanced study centers all around the world as well as success foreign academics must be hired for fastest knowledge and technology transfer.
Quality assurance institution must be created to watch over universities to ensure that the newly proffesionals released acomplish with international quality levels.
Universities are not for all....just for those that have the capability to complete a proffesional career (with a reliable process to choose them) and the best qualified must be prized with good scholarships and the rest must be helped with very low interest credits payable with a minimun percentage of their incomes when they start their work stage....
And, finally, political parties interference must be suppressed tp ensure that student do what they must do......study.
