A new study released by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) argues that countries in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) should turn their attention to Korea, a fast-growing economy that offers numerous opportunities for bilateral trade and investment. Read full article

    Oh, so that's the reason why Argentina, and now Brasil, put up such great barriers to foreign trade !!! ? ?
